Kayleigh Parsons

Kayleigh Parsons, aged 35, is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Above and Beyond Travel LTD. As someone with autism and ADHD, Kayleigh embraces her neurodiversity as a strength rather than a limitation. She is a proud mother of four children and has a beloved Frenchie at home. Passionate about her work, Kayleigh finds joy in knowing that her role genuinely makes a difference in people’s lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time gardening and reading.

Mark Parsons

Mark Parsons, aged 42, is a chilled, family-oriented man and proud dad of four. As our Operations Director, he brings a calm and focused approach to the team. He finds real satisfaction in making a difference to people who need it, which is at the heart of everything he does at Above and Beyond Travel. In his spare time, Mark enjoys football and gardening – two passions that help him stay grounded and relaxed.

Gavin Barwick

Gavin Barwick, a 33-year-old Marketing Admin and driver with a calm and friendly personality. He is always up for a chat-even if the conversation takes a random turn. He genuinely enjoys driving and making sure customers have a positive experience, always aiming to put a smile on their faces. He loves knowing he has made a difference, whether through being on the road or by using his creative mind. In his free time, He enjoys football (Big Liverpool fan), boxing, and spending time with his family, whether that’s going for walks or enjoying a day at the park.

Aaron Atkinson

Aaron Atkinson, aged 51, is a friendly and approachable airport run driver who brings a personal touch to every journey. He enjoys hearing customers’ holiday stories, meeting new people, and having a good chat along the way, making each trip enjoyable and memorable. Outside of work, Aaron is a keen football fan who travels the country visiting different football grounds, and he also enjoys fishing in the warmer months and relaxing in his new shed. His warm personality and genuine interest in others make him a valued driver who customers look forward to seeing.

Natalie Thompson

Natalie Thompson, aged 38, is a driver at Above and Beyond Travel LTD. A friendly and bubbly individual, Natalie is a proud mother of two who enjoys helping people and making them happy. She finds joy in chatting with customers and assisting them in getting from A to B with ease. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys cycling, camping and kayaking, activities that reflect her active and adventurous spirit.

Kayte Bailey

Kayte Bailey, aged 53, is a lively and well-trained driver and personal assistant who brings energy, care, and dedication to her role. She finds great joy in spending time with the children she supports, building meaningful connections and creating positive experiences in their daily lives. Kayte’s approachable nature and practical mindset make her a trusted presence both on the road and in her PA duties. Outside of work, she enjoys walking and camping, embracing the outdoors and the peace it brings.

Peter Richardson

Peter, aged 70, brings a wealth of experience from his background in business and was keen to take on a role that felt worthwhile and rewarding – making him the perfect fit for the Above and Beyond Travel team. He enjoys meeting new people, looking after customers, and seeing them happy. Peter takes pride in providing a friendly and professional service for every journey. In his spare time, Peter enjoys golf, football and going for walks.

Eleanor Durkin

Eleanor Durkin, aged 69, is a retired woman who enjoys staying active and engaged, which led her to join Above and Beyond Travel LTD. With a warm and welcoming personality, Eleanor is loving her role as a driver, especially the opportunity to meet a variety of passengers and work alongside a supportive team. Her enthusiasm for driving, combined with her love of connecting with people, makes her a valued member of the team. In her spare time, she enjoys playing Scrabble, socializing, and continuing to explore the roads behind the wheel.

Reyala Tabassam

Reyala Tabassam, aged 54, works as a driver at Above and Beyond Travel LTD. She enjoys meeting new people and values the social aspect of her role. Reyala finds great satisfaction in driving and helping others, which makes her job especially fulfilling. In her free time, she enjoys walking and reading, finding peace and relaxation in these activities.

Mike Warburton

Mike Warburton, aged 52, is a dedicated and experienced driver who takes great pride in the diversity of his role and the opportunity it gives him to support people with their individual needs. Known for his friendly and dependable nature, Mike enjoys the variety each day brings and is committed to delivering a safe, comfortable, and supportive service. Outside of work, he enjoys driving for leisure, walking in the countryside and along beaches, and capturing the beauty of the outdoors through photography. His calm approach and strong sense of responsibility make him a valued and trustworthy presence on the road.

Abi Parsons

We're excited to introduce Abi, our new office apprentice at Above & Beyond Travel. As part of the family, Abi has joined the team behind the scenes and is busy learning the ropes - from answering calls and emails to managing bookings. She's already showing great enthusiasm and potential, and while she's still finding her feet, we're confident she'll be a fantastic addition. If you hear a new voice on the phone, that's our superstar-in-training.
